k18 molecular repair, waiting until your hair is actually dirty or greasy to wash, and time worked for me (Jet black to blonde)

Never. EVER. Use olaplex. K18 leave in only. K18 shampoo and conditioner as well. And COCONUT OIL!!! Never jojoba oil it’ll stain your hair dark yellow

user363939384 :
If your hair is naturally super oily and flat, do not add more oil even if your ends are dry. I swear by hair masks and leave in conditioners, oil is super heavy and doesn’t easily wash out of flat hair. All you need is a good hair mask and conditioners, the Macadamia deep repair from Sally’s or garnier whole blend honey masks are so good.

COMING FROM A STYLIST!! Use a bonding shampoo and conditioner (I love redken or avedas bonding line), do a hydrating mask once a week, use purple shampoo once a week or every 2 weeks for tone maintenance, and use heat protectant!!! Also sleep with a silk pillowcase or if breakage is really bad wear a bonnet to sleep 🤍

Olive oil in your hair , purple conditioner instead of shampoo, use hydrating hair masks instead of conditioner. I fried my hair and this brought it back to way better condition. Ask your stylist about chemical treatments to heal your hair if you think you need it

i’m a hairstylist, i bleached my hair MONTHS AGO in OCTOBER. i have followed every step, every routine, every product. i give it trims, i stopped using heat a lot, EVERYTHING. and it’s still dead. repairing dead hair is sooo tiring and takes sooo long so if you can STOP THE BLONDE NOW. it’s truly not worth it, you probably look better brunnette anyways

What you saw in this video is the product of engineering. Heavy engineering allows us to create incredibly powerful machines capable of extracting and transporting natural resources. It allows us to build astonishingly large and technologically complex projects such as particle colliders and gravitational wave detectors. And of course, it provides us with energy through technologies like nuclear power plants. The phones, tablets, and computers you are holding right now are also the work of engineers. Every microchip, every casing, every screen was designed and created by people. We owe an immeasurable debt to engineers. They built the world we live in today. It would not be an exaggeration to say that without them, we might still be sitting in caves, keeping a fire alive - if we had even managed to discover it - and staring at paintings on a wall made by a local artist. And let’s not forget that since around the 1990s, bioengineers have been creating medicines and technologies that help us fight diseases once thought to be divine curses or certain death sentences. I have endless admiration for engineers and their creations. MRI scanners, computer processors, factories, architectural wonders, thousands upon thousands of materials - they created all of this. They created the world we call human civilization. A simple “thank you” will never be enough. But if any of my viewers are still standing at a crossroads, wondering who they want to become, become an engineer. A bioengineer, a chemical engineer, an architect, it doesn’t matter. You are the people who will move our civilization forward. You are the people whom I, along with millions of others around the world, will thank for your work for generations to come. #Engineering #Engineer #Technology #edit #Innovation
