Interesting! Buttercream for cinnamon rolls? I’ll have to try that. I’ve been using Cinnabons frosting recipe for the past few decades & it’s hard to beat. But might try a good buttercream!

I use a glaze for most of mine but I also have a brown butter one I use for certain flavors. People seem to love them.
