Well that’s stupid, because I’ve been taking that to mean a doctor probably won’t do a PA. I still send it to the doctor but I put it on a discount card after that so no one wastes their time following up on the PA.

The EHR thinks it is helpful to have the good RX coupon in there JUST IN CASE to save the physician time - but turns out it gives the pharmacy comment fatigue 😭😭😭 we are all set up to fail

It started a few years ago and I’ve always been like please why 😂 and patients also get texts or messages from the doctors with different coupon info from HIPPO Rx too! So strange lol
