When manny Pacquiao became a senator everyone expected him to push more laws favoring the athletes. Sadly till this day the ph gov still prioritizes basketball and volleyball, more than other sports. Even Wesley so, a grandmaster in chess was forced to leave his country and represent another, cause his own country refuse to support him.

I love Archery but sadly I am the only female archer at our city. I had to travel 3hrs away to actually shoot at a decent archery range and train at my own expense. Made it to Nationals. I didnt want younger talents to not have the opportunity to not know and get to know archery, I volunteer to teach sometimes. But it gets hard. Frustrating that there are children that have so much talent and desire to do other sports but sadly not given the opportunity to thrive. 😭
