Former Marriott AGM here. That is a location sensor for housekeeping and other staff members in case there is an emergency in the room so they can be located quickly. They carry an emergency button on them at all times.

Those are location devices for back of house. That helps management keep track and know of work locations, they can be used in emergency situations for employees as well.

It’s an emergency alarm recieved for the housekeepers. They have a button to call for help. That’s the signal reciever/repeater. It’s for their safety.

It’s a tracking device for monitoring the maids. I’m a CNA and I’ve worked in facilities where you pin a tracking device on your clothes and it’s over the doors of patient rooms also. It lets the nurses know where you are at. So I’m assuming they are tracking the maids.

This is a safety device for housekeeping called relay if something happens to a housekeeper they press a button on the radio and security will know there location and be able to asset them.

Google is so helpful… it’s an asset beacon for tracking. Hotels use them to track furniture, tv, etc in the event that they’re stolen.
