Great employee!!! He doesn’t waver…not matter who you are he respects his job and does the right thing. When I was activities director, the policy was to stay off your phone. I would go to the facility put my phone down and go do activities with residents. Well, my boss texted me and I didn’t get to it until hours later and told him well. At least you know I’m following the rules and doing my job not playing on my phone. And it was a time sensitive situation but hey, call me at the facility not my cell phone.
