I bought this as well .. got a 16 which is my normal size however I like it I use sleeve bands to hold sleeves up and I opened top 2 buttons to make more of a v and tucked the front in so it didn’t look to huge!!

Definitely need to go to sizes smaller. And those sleeves are easily fixed, if you have any shirring elastic, weave it through it, about six different strains would work well. And you wouldn’t even see it.
