AI is not as useful as it was originally pitched to be. It needs far more human attention, governance, and to be actually useful in workplaces than anyone was promised. It was overvalued from the beginning.

I agree with Dean. In my company they're forcing us to adopt AI. But it hasn't made us more efficient because the processes and decision-making on the human side is where the barriers are. We can execute faster but it still sits on an executives desk for like 3 weeks.
