I’ve dated men in their twenties with it. I’m convinced men have as many issues as women sexually but they don’t talk about them AT ALL until they’re in that moment of humiliation and have no choice to… in which case they usually blame their female counterpart.

This is our situation. I’m 39, he’s 52, he was great for years everything worked as it should. It stopped…idk but several years ago (we’ve been together 9 years and have children mind you) but right after our second baby was born it stopped working AND he had a personality switch up. He was great before this but turned angry, mean, unmotivated (this affects everyone in the house too). About 3 years ago it came out that he’s had low testosterone in the past (unbeknownst to me never mentioned it) but now he’s just choosing not to treat it so his crappy personality is just everyone’s problem. I’m saving to leave but it’s taking time bc part of his low motivation is just…not really supporting the family so I’ve been having to overcompensate for his lack. It was wild how much he switched up personality wise and how quick it seemed to happen though. People say choose better but he was amazing until that second baby was born and he stopped treating his issues. And it’s not even about the 🍆 and I’ve told him this like…you’re mean and miserable fix it. But he won’t and I just have to deal with it 🙃 I think it’s really common too I was talking to my neighbor and she said they dealt with the same thing and she packed her stuff and told him get help or we’re done and he did and she said he’s great now (I’m not holding out hope for this in our situation I’m OK being done I just need to get finances in order).

I think most men seek younger women solely as a “trophy” because they got faced with their own aging and had to seek validation in some way that they are still “young” or in them game because if not they feel they aren’t worth anything or they will get discarded. So they seek proximity to youth as validation and control of it.
