I do trees services. on a 11k job the customer tried to cancel the job after it was 95 percent completed. I put a lien on her property so fast and sued her. she ended up paying the bill, fees and interest.

I’ve done something almost identical. I stop and left the car as is mid way and call cops to document then put lien on went to court 28 days later and won plus court fees
