im genuinly struggling with this now. he started the cohersive control and mental abuse and used my vulnerabilities and fears against me to gain control, but after months of this i started reacting and i also instigated in abusive behaviours and i didnt recognise myself and i hate how i became that abd let him have that much power and who i became, i always apologised and took accountibilty for my unhealthy behaviours but he never did if i tried to address his input

😜 I changed all the rules. my narcissist wanted my help threatened with their life I moved blocked here everywhere changed my car and I don't know what the f*** they're doing because they can't find me I went 4 no closure zero contact .lol peace freedom .just over a year and a half of beautiful silence

They poked me for a whole week and they reverse discarded me. Then i called out the manipulation and control behaviors then they labeled me as the narcissist. It hurts knowing that the person i loved more than myself labeled me as the monsters. I don’t know how to let go of this anger and resentment, but someday i will.
