Cheese is special you can cut off the moldy part and eat the rest cause that’s literally what cheese is.. mold. So cut that little piece off and the rest is perfect to use. And totally safe!

food expiration dates are not regulated by the FDA- only by the company making said food and it's often dictated for peak quality of the food, not safety. from a fellow scrap meal girly i thought you'd like this bit of info 💕 i always just judge by the smell/visual of it
