I switched to barefoot shoes and they changed my life. Never again will I trust insoles false propaganda. If anything, they're causing your issues.

Tried them, could barely walk to my truck. After an hour my feet hurt worse than ever and I had to switch out to my other insoles. These didn’t work for me…lucky for me, I got them from Amazon and easily returned them.

I naturally tip toe walk unless I have shoes on , and when I try to walk flat without shoes I’m in so much pain
