definitely would be better if the author implemented powerful things to show his maturity but he more of made it into very subtle things instead which still works imo. its just subjective if you prefer traditional dramatic changes or subtle realism

u yall want a good story regarding an actually mature character, the beginning after the end is peak, it’s as complex as an isekai can get without getting into like re zero levels of complexity, still pretty generic, but the main character is ACTUALLY likeable
