Facts bro. I just started my marketing agency 2 months ago & I was struggling to fight the nervousness of cold calling and ever since I started watching his vids again last week it’s completely changed everything. I don’t listen to music anymore whenever I workout or while doing cardio I’ll just put on a Tate podcast and it honestly helps so much. Before with the music you’d be hyped up but then you’d feel tired vs with the podcast you just listen the whole time & don’t really “feel” the fact your working out so I don’t get tired anymore. Most importantly I’m busting out a crap load of cold calls now….
