What if it’s not Steve at all. Marvel is just showing us Steve and it’s really Loki in the scene. Like when they showed us Hulk in the Wakanda Infinity War battle scene and it was really Banner in the Hulk Buster suit. Loki taking Mjolnier would have way bigger emotional impact.
