Honestly it’s the vibes, and easy to talk to. I just want to feel comfortable in the space. I walked into several tattoo, shops, asking simple questions and their response always seems to be annoyed.

Portfolio and IG (idc how many followers you have) I want to see your finished HEALED work not fresh work because fresh ink always looks good. I want to see work that has already been done on skin because while a lot of artists can draw on paper not everyone can translate it to skin correctly. I also like to make sure the tattoo artist does a type of art style I fuck with because everyone has different styles they excel at over others.

I look at the artwork, but I find them through social media. And I look for color cuz all my tatts are in color and finding good color work seems to be harder to find.

Art work and personality I like a funny tattooer or when their partner is cool to talk to too. So if we vibe and your work is good hell yes. I’m told I sit like a rock so if I can make you laugh in between lines or joke with you I’m down 24/7
