I think he’s an experiment so they could see how we’d react to Jeffrey being seen alive and well after everything. They knew pete being seen in public was gonna get to social media and they’d speak about him bc of his resemblance then eventually get famous for “looking” like him so now the real Jeffrey is out there with freedom to be outside and if someone says they saw him they’d js say it was palm beach Pete.
