no need to use a feeding plate. It can make the baby suffer. The baby may not be able to suck breast milk directly from the mother, but you can still feed the baby just like a normal baby using the recommended method. We had the same case, and it worked well. Even some doctors recommend avoiding a feeding plate in certain cases because it can cause unnecessary discomfort. Make sure the baby reaches around 5 kg by the age of 3 months, then take the baby to Kirtipur Hospital. All treatment is free there. The mother's food and accommodation, as well as the baby's treatment, are provided free of cost.
