You rely on your arms too much, it isn’t until take 10 when you’ve tired out your arms you actually press into your feet at the end. Try to avoid cutting feet so much. The majority of blacks and blues are doable without cutting feet.

It looks like you just need some more flexibility training and strength in your fingers. For the crossover to the pocket it helps to be flexible in your shoulders so you can go low and also limit the amount of speed you hva into the move. Also idk if you just have bad shoes, it doesn’t look like typical rentals so I don’t think so, but you should learn to trust your feet a lot more. Your feet are currently massively underused and makes each move so much longer and harder then necessary. It’s all about being efficient up the wall and you are currently using to much energy in your arms so you pump out. This happens for 2 reasons, one you don’t have a clear beta already in your head, so once you get to the top section, which you should assume you will do, even be for getting of the mat you use too much energy figuring out what to do. And the 2 reason, the biggest one. You use your feet way too little. Your feet are used to carrying your body weight and is therefore stronger and more efficient at this job than your arms, and you should abuse this as much as possible. The arms should mostly just be used to keep your body into the wall if there is overhang, or you are in an awkward position. Most of and if possible all of your body weight should be dispersed to you feet, to lessen the strain on your forearms as much as possible. Going from one hold to another also requires you to abuse your feet in tandem with your hand, and they should both be doing a job to push you to the next hold. To conserve strength in your forearms when climbing you should also always always always climb with straight arms, this keep your body weight dispersed to your bones and tendons and not to the muscle itself. So in short use your feet more, train flexibility (finger strength comes naturally, and isn’t as relevant as other things early on) and climb with straight arms, and have a clear beta in mind when going on the wall. Training to read beta will also help you understand climbing and the different principles of climbing and the physical requirements better, which will help when training to improve.

I might be wrong but it might be good to try to keep your hips closer to the wall because it can make it easier to keep your feet on the wall instead of relying too much on your upper body.

Try eating a whole thing of boxed spinach, blend it, then add 2 chicken breasts, blend that and make it into jello and eat it just before you climb

Not sure if you actually want advice so if you don’t then disregard! Use your middle two fingers instead of your pointer and index on pockets, they’re stronger. Also try to press hard with your feet because your feet always slip before your hands in these.

you need to use your legs to push yourself more, you're mostly using your arms right now. trying easy climbs one handed can help you be more aware of your feet and legs!

Do sloth arms to help save your energy and try to keep your hips closer to the wall, that will keep you from swinging off and flagging might help too:)
