@24k9au: People who let their dog off leash (in on leash areas!) but have zero capabilities of recalling their dog are irresponsible owners. This is the aftermath from a traumatising incident when an off leash dog charged at our reactive Amstaff. Trigger has been so good walking past other dogs from a safe distance. But this walk was different. We hope this puts into perspective what this setback looks like for us.
