I totally understand mistakes, but employees that day need to be investigated. Someone should’ve been watching those dogs at all times.

what was worse is apparently the dog was at the bottom of the pool for a long while before anyone noticed and when they did find out instead of calling the owner they just put the dog in a container

They are closing their doors because they are going to try and avoid the lawsuit. They will file bankruptcy to avoid paying for their neglect. I wouldn't be surprised if they reopened under a different name. I feel so bad for the dogs owner and even more for the dog dying in the pool so scared and not knowing what was going on, just wanting his daddy. 😱😣😡
