Mix the cookies with the melted butter, press into a tin, and chill for 30 minutes. 2. Whip the heavy cream. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream. 3. Spread over the base and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. 4.
