Oh lordy, I an 52, periods are much less frequent now, but now my bladder wants to play games and I always loose. I only wear compression class 3 around my lower legs, the totall contraption you are so bravely wearing is a no go for me, even with an open crotch (sorry if mispelled, I'm Dutch)

10 day period 🙈 oh no I feel for you mine is a 4 day period, dont get me wrong those 4 days are extremely heavy. Have you not got a old pair of compression you can cut in the middle

I was so happy the day mine all stopped because even just being a bigger girl was tough enough without adding in compression .
