I was admitted in the mental health due to depression caused by gambling, i would lose the money I can't afford to lose ,I would block my account and still borrow other people's, now I downloaded gamban its been two months I never played and im at peace

I've been gambling since 2001 nd still do, never borrowed money, never took money for groceries /petrol or bread ect to gamble.My life is just normal. No stress. no headaches and sometimes even when I create that ticket I know isn't gonna win it's just for fun. But am not encouraging anyone to gamble.
