Start by mixing the boiling water and the chicken stock, then leaving to one side to cool down. Preheat a small oven proof pan or skillet over a medium-high heat and add the butter and a drizzle of vegetable oil. Add the sweet potato and cook for 5 minutes or so until it starts to soften slightly. Add in the sprouts, onion and celery and cook for another 5 minutes or so. Add in the bread and cinnamon and cook for another 3 minutes so the bread toasts slightly. Add in the fresh and dried herbs and mix together until combined, then take off the heat and leave to cool down slightly. Crack the egg into the chicken stock and mix together. Once the pan has cooled down slightly, pour the egg mixture over then bread mixture and mix together. Take the skin off the sausages and break off pieces and place them on top of the stuffing. Sprinkle over the pecans and the brie, then bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve with cranberry sauce and gravy. #goodfoodmood #onepotoneportion #thanksgiving #thanksgivingrecipes #thanksgivingstuffing #singleserve
