It’s honestly so frustrating to open the comment section and see almost nothing but religious remarks, when this man clearly just came here to vent his heart out , this isn’t even a religious video at all! He’s sharing his struggles, his hurt, his frustration, looking for even just a little bit of understanding, validation, or someone to simply listen to what he’s going through. Instead of meeting him where he is, instead of asking him what’s weighing on him, instead of offering kind words or actual perspective that might help ease how he’s feeling, so many people are just jumping straight to scriptures, prayers, blessings, or talking about faith and beliefs that he never even brought up in the first place.
It feels like they’re not even really listening to him, they’re just seeing someone hurting and immediately treating it like an opening to share their faith, completely ignoring what he actually needs right now. This isn’t the place for that, and it’s not what he asked for. When someone opens up about what they’re going through, the first thing they need isn’t a lecture or a religious message; it’s to feel heard, to know their feelings are valid, and to see that people actually care about him and his well-being first.
It’s such a missed opportunity too, instead of trying to connect with him and understand why he’s feeling this way, instead of having a real conversation that might actually help shift his perspective or help him feel less alone, they’re just pushing words that might mean nothing to him right now, and honestly, it probably just makes him feel even more unheard, misunderstood, or like people don’t actually care about what he’s going through at all. He’s not looking for a sermon, he’s looking for someone to see him. And it’s so disheartening to watch so many people miss that entirely.
By the way. if u still think that u want to end ur life, please think again about the people who ACTUALLY care about u, like ur friends and family💞
