@holliday_jones: Coming at you from my first ✨downstairs time✨ new daily prescribed activity TLDR- tried not to get emosh in this but I’m still really unwell which sucks because I thought I’d be feeling much better by now and that gets me even more down, so just trying to take one day at a time and implement new routine even though it’s tiny things, and trying to be kind to myself after this ~major mental health episode~ broken leg analogy I’ve broken my leg in 3 places with screws so it’s going to take a lot of time even though that’s sooo frustrating to me Also update just went to my Drs appt and she has advised I take 4 more weeks mental health leave 😔 and we are upping the mood stabiliser lamotragine and staying on the antipsychotic for now My ipad & the mentalist have been keeping me going but I’ve now finished the mentalist so 🆘 need new show asap!!! I’ve deleted instagram & messenger for now and truly not on my phone (just my trusty iPad) so apologies again for lack of replies Love you allllll and take care of yourselves ily a millliiiiii 4evaaaaaa and chucking my phone away after posting 🩷
