I have no issue with that going in either direction. The defender got their first and thus has a case, but offense did stop rotation, even as the defender is pushing the disc out of his hands. Did he have control while having stopped rotation? That’s very much up to interpretation.

It's clean, because the defender gets the disc before the attacker, and it's only considered a foul when they touch or get the disc after the attacker has it. ❤️‍🩹🥏

The first time I saw it in sl0wmo I definitely thought the Italian Blair had full control of it but when I saw her back a few times it’s it’s more questionable. The disc looks quite loosen his hand like he only knocked it away not fully caught.
