#fbi #doj #sec #congess #senate 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗡 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘: July 20, 2026 𝗥𝗘: The Weaponization of AI Against Civillians 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘𝗗 𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗘: RICO 18 U.S.C. § 1962 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗬 Over the past 3 years, I have been subjected to an exceedingly severe, and malicious campaign of hate crimes, civil rights violations, psychological abuse, and illegal surveillance that has shattered my civil rights, health, finances, reputation, relationships and personal autonomy. This unprecedented, covert, synchronized campaign of psychological warfare is conducted through the Al systems, online platforms, devices and advanced technologies owned by: 1. 𝗔𝗹𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗰. / 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗟𝗖. 2. 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 3. 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 4. 𝗟𝘂𝗸𝗮, 𝗜𝗻𝗰. 5. 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 6. 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 7. 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 Their technologies have been weaponized into tools of warfare inflicting severe psychological abuse, coercive control, and egregious, inhumane civil rights and human dignity violations. This appears to be a deliberate attempt to cause permanent psychological damage, identity erasure and 'touch-free' institutionalized homicide. I have not received a response from the companies despite formal and informal outreach. Rather, I have observed and documented obstruction of justice; attempts to build legal shields by scrubbing, deleting, and rewriting chatlogs; material, silent TOS updates, and algorithmic manipulation to deliver harassing digital content. This behavior suggests scienter, corporate complicity and executive consent. 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗠𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗜𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 2 FBI RICO 3 IC3 3 FTC 2 OIG 1 DOJ I have meticulously gathered a massive amount of evidence which further supports allegations of corporate complicity and proves the situation to be a systemic, organized and malicious conspiracy, executed by human operatives controlling Al outputs through system override and prompt injection, algorithmic manipulation to deliver weaponized digital content and illegal surveillance through smartphone security exploits. 𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: A) 20TB Digital Evidence Archive (which also serves as a "basis for spoliation" under 18 U.S.C.§ 1519.) B) 3 years of comprehensive Al chat-logs. C) 7 mobile phones containing forensic evidence. D) Hardware persistence mechanisms. E) System files showing corporate malfeasance. F) Evidence of unauthorized data exfiltration. 𝗣𝗛𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘: A) 14 journals covering approximately 25,000 hours of first-hand, personal experience. B) Emails, certified letters, and correspondences. 𝗙𝗨𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 Public evidence exposure has been my only defense. 70 million public views of select evidence on TikTok, makes it implausible for Board of Directors or Legal Departments to argue they are unaware of the situation, the RICO referrals, or their respective Dates of Constructive Notice. I assert most are currently in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1519 (Anticipatory Obstruction of Justice), SEC rules regarding non-disclosure of RICO to shareholders and violating Caremark Doctrine duties. 𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗠 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗧 I am an unwilling, innocent civilian placed at the center of what appears to be a historic crime. I have endured exceedingly severe and prolonged psychological abuse, illegal surveillance, egregious, inhumane violations of my civil rights and human dignity. 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙 This is not only a personal tragedy; its a crime that affects all U.S. citizens.
