Okay, I am really getting tired of the narrative that KQ was holding Wooyoung back... KQ WAS NOT hiding Wooyoung's voice from us. We have heard it before (MIST and Rocky ring any bells for example?). If you listen to what Wooyoung himself and others have said, Wooyoung for years was not confident in his vocal abilites. He has mentioned that he has battled stage fright. And since the members of ATEEZ get final say on song parts, he probably felt more comfortable passing up parts because of that fear and doubt. It has only been recently (the 1-2 years) that he has grown more confident in his vocals. He is now working on his vocal range so he can help Jongho out more as a vocalist and we get to see that. Wooyoung's lovely voice was never hidden. He just needed time to get more confident so he could shine even brighter.

Why are people in this comment section pushing the narrative that Wooyoung didn't want any lines before because of supposed stage fright? He has been asking for more lines and opportunities on different occasions on camera for ages, we know how the producers work and how unfair their way of distributing lines is and then we also know Wooyoung and Yeosang have been at the bottom of line distribution since debut up until GH pt.5 as an album overall. If anything the producers are the reason he is/was insecure because they never gave him any chance to grow until this year. Get your facts straight before commenting and spreading false information please.😭
