it’s called Kavum in our language..in english usually it call oil cake.. but it isn’t made with oil. basically it’s made with rice flour and treacle. and we deep fry it. ond of my favorite sweet. mainly we made this in sri lankan new year and some special occasions. it’s our traditional sweet
