I spent 2 weeks in Cuba. The are resilient, innovative and hard working. Their maternal morbity mortality is much lower than USA. The same holds for neonatology. The have the highest doctor per 100,000 in the word. Apart fom tertiary level education they surpass the USA. Health care is free. Gun violence is virtually is virtually non existent.
