On pages 65–66 of Shahadat-ul-Qur'an, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad falsely claims that Sahih al-Bukhari contains a hadith in which a heavenly voice declares: هٰذَا خَلِيفَةُاللّٰهِ الْمَهْدِيّ("This is Allah's Khalifah, the Guided One."). No such hadith exists in Sahih al-Bukhari—or in any authentic hadith collection. Even Ahmadi scholars have been unable to produce this narration and instead concede it was a mistaken attribution. This is not the only hadith he fabricated.
