The shield generator wasn’t even Symetra’s first ult, her teleporter used to be the ult, could place anywhere in the map and your team would get the enter teleporter on spawn, she would give shields with an ability in her kit, she took a while to figure out and honestly she’s better on dps

Tbh as a bastion main I feel like the shield as a perk would be cool. Obviously toned down cuz the shield with 1k hp is ridiculous but then again blizzard had an obsession with high hp shields in OW1
