Girl I definitely think your bra doesn’t fit you! I lost 6 stone and then went for a bra fitting and it completely changed the game, went down a dress size on my top half! ❤️❤️

If it helps, I’m a size 12 and I went to try on size 12/14 jeans in M&S and they wouldn’t go over my calves. I was wearing a size 10 dress. Women’s sizes are awful!

I’m a size 22 with a large bust. The best advice I was given was to get my bust measured and then buy a good heavy duty uplifting supporting bra. Game changer. Then look for new clothes wearing the said item

women's sizing is an absolute joke, so please don't feel down about yourself! At one store a size L fits me nicely oversized, at another store an XXL barely fits. it ranges sooo much per store, sizing is truly only useful when you're familiar with the store and the way their clothes fit 😭

100% get bra measured at a good bra shop (not m&s). a good fitting bra will change your whole body and the outfits you wear...even your dress size can change!. the most popular dress sizes go the quickest...alot of shops you can order them instore in the size you want 🥰

Francesca.. I was your size and I’ve lost 7 stone. I’m now a size 14. I used to feel dreadful going shopping for clothes, you know what I still feel dreadful going shopping for clothes. I find it so hard to even get the enthusiasm to look. It’s in my head I know that because I still see that size 24 when I try clothes on. I don’t think anyone is ever happy with themselves, so you aren’t alone.

Go to bravissimo and get a proper fitting. M&S and others don’t measure correctly. They also sell clothes too.

Sizes are really really difficult for women. Sizes are really not something to be relied upon to confirm weight loss. Plus shops need to be so much more inclusive within store xx
