She's deeply loyal to him — it's heavily implied she has real romantic feelings for him, though it comes across as largely one-sided since Rudra is cold, calculating, and mostly sees her as a valuable asset/weapon for his goals (particularly his plan to defeat Veldora and unlock the "true hero" awakening).
