Those of you who remember and those who are too young to know, that's exactly how the tribunals worked under Mr Rawlings, it was basically a "Kangaroo" court meaning a court without lawyers and sometimes not even a judge. What ndc have failed to learn over the years is that, this generation of npp is totally different from the previous ones, remember when ndc brought "Financial loss to the state" thinking they'll get npp, who did that end up affecting? if this tribunal court system was in place during npp's time in office, all the ndc people who were going through the court system would've been jail. This tribunals will do the same for ndc just like financial loss to the state did.
