@gmanews: WATCH: The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) shared a video of a heated encounter between the Philippine Navy and Chinese Coast Guard in the Ayungin Shoal. In the video, the Philippine Navy personnel aboard rubber boats from BRP Sierra Madre “conducted a lawful and non-confrontational operation to drive away” the China Coast Guard inflatable boat that approached the vicinity of the outpost in the West Philippine Sea. The AFP said China Coast Guard personnel then struck Philippine Navy troops with wooden batons and damaged their rubber boats.
