I did this, literally applied 2 days before the new RTB changes came into effect. Completed the purchase in June this year. As a single parent, it’s the only way I could really get on the home ownership ladder. Even with new changes, in certain areas it’s still worth it. Thanks for sharing ❤️

the best brown butter chocolate chip cookies :)) easy recipe: ½ cup brown butter (113g) 3/4 cup brown sugar(150g) ¼ cup granulated sugar(50g) 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour(160g) ½ tsp baking soda (2 g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5 g) 1/4 tsp cinnamon(optional) & chocolate chips or chopped bars of chocolate ( i used dark chocolate ) brown the butter in a saucepan until golden and nutty, then pour into a bowl and let cool slightly . whisk in the brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. stir in the vanilla and egg yolks. in a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. add the dry to the wet and mix until just combined. fold in chocolate chips. ( the dough is going to be sticky so you should use a scoop or refrigerate if you want! ) scoop golf ball-size portions, place on lined baking sheet, and bake at 350°f for 10-13 minutes, until edges are golden brown but centers look slightly underbaked. cool on the pan for 5 minutes before moving to a rack. (baking tip: the cookies shouldn’t look done when you take them out, let them continue to cook on the pan outside of the oven, as soon as the edges get brown i pulled them out! & if they look flat or misshaped, use a big cup/bowl to shape them up while they’re warm) #brownbutter #chocolatechipcookies #cookie #Recipe #bakingrecipe
