Fear has a logical explanation, and a solution (even if sometimes not accessible). Intuition has neither. Masalan: Fear is you want to take a trip somewhere, but you are afraid to fly. Solution is to go there by car or train. Intuition is no matter how you travel to your destination, your gut feeling tells you is something feels wrong about taking the trip and you can't explain why. explique ta situation à qlqun proche et de confiance et compare si tu fais la choses ( pros and cons) si tu ne fais pas et ensuite prend la décision sur des faits et la seule question si t’as peur d’échouer ? Alors t’as la réponse fait le quoique tu apprend rien à perdre .

سهله جدا … الحدث بيكون جاي باطمئنان كامل وغير متعلق بالنتيجه سواء كويسه او وحشه …. المشاعر سواء خوف او تمني او غيره دايما بيكون شغال عالمشاعر ومرتبط بالنتيجه اللي انتي عاوزاهااصلا

الخوف والحدس مو نفس الشي، بس أوقات منلخبط بيناتهن. الخوف غالبا بيكون صوته عالي ومُلِح، وبيخليكي تفكري بـ: شو إذا صار هيك؟ شو إذا فشلت؟ شو إذا ندمت؟. أما الحدس فعادة بيكون أهدى وأبسط، مجرد إحساس داخلي بيقلك إنو هالشي صح أو مو صح، حتى لو ما بتعرفي تفسري ليش. بس ما في طريقة مضمونة 100٪ للتفرقة بيناتهن، لذلك خصوصا بالقرارات المهمة، بظن انو لازم تسمعي لإحساسك بس كمان شوفي الحقائق وفكري بالموضوع بمنطق. يعني لازم احيانا نستخدمن مع بعض و ليس نفرق بيناتن. و الله يبعتلك ايام حلوة و يمرق معك هالشي على خير 💕
