@jasongraystone: I love our traders. When we launched Tier One Trading, we set one goal: to create successful, consistently profitable traders. We structured the system so it was impossible to fail unless you gave up. We set expectations and attracted the best students. We know them ALL on a name by name basis and we support them fully. This year alone we have had 13 quit their jobs and go full time. Wim is the 14th. Simon is gonna be next. In a world where everyone is depending on economical and political outcomes to rescue them, we much rather help people live a life where they are their own economy.
