there's no 'iddah (waiting period) in this case, the husband cannot revoke (rujūʿ) the divorce during an 'iddah, since no waiting period exists. If he wishes to be with her again after such a divorce, then: If it was the first or second ṭalāq, the couple may remarry, but a new nikāḥ (marriage contract), a new mahr (dowry), and the woman's consent are required. If it was the third ṭalāq, they cannot remarry unless the conditions mentioned in the Qur'an for a third divorce are met (Qur'an 2:230).
