What I do when I don’t get good customer service is pay my bill and leave pay my bill and leave. I am not even going online to give no review about them. Just pay my bill and leave cause you’re really can’t judge a restaurant by one bad customer service.

No physical menu? Well….to comment on that (Im not restaurant/bar owner. Jus speaking on the reality) society moving to paperless and also a digital menu will save the expense of constantly changing prices especially now with world oil prices

it is a really lovely ambiance, the music is good but you are so correct I had the same experience there like 2 wks ago and coming from the service industry it left a bad taste in my mouth same wings n fries, maybe it's a wing problem
