@fitness4116: You don’t need a complicated routine or a gym full of machines to make progress. A pair of dumbbells, a realistic weekly schedule and consistent effort can take you a long way. 🩷 This 4-day dumbbell-only program for women combines strength training, core work and StairMaster sessions to help you build muscle, improve fitness and support gradual fat loss: Day 1 — Lower body + glutes Goblet squats, Romanian deadlifts, reverse lunges, glute bridges, sumo squats and frog pumps. Day 2 — Upper body + core Shoulder presses, one-arm rows, floor presses, lateral raises, hammer curls and plank shoulder taps. Day 3 — Lower body + glutes Bulgarian split squats, step-ups, single-leg RDLs, hip thrusts, curtsy lunges and calf raises. Day 4 — Full body + StairMaster Thrusters, RDL-to-rows, step-ups, reverse lunges, mountain climbers and suitcase carries—followed by a 15–20 minute StairMaster finisher. Keep the weights challenging enough that the final few repetitions require focus, while still allowing you to maintain good form. Once you can comfortably complete every set, gradually increase the weight, repetitions or control of each movement. That is how strength and muscle are built over time. For the StairMaster, begin at a pace you can sustain without leaning heavily on the handles. Build your duration and intensity gradually rather than trying to exhaust yourself during every session. And remember: sweating more does not automatically mean more fat loss. Sustainable results come from the full picture—regular strength training, daily movement, balanced meals, enough protein, good sleep and habits you can repeat without extreme restriction. Save this plan, choose four training days that fit your life and focus on becoming a little stronger each week. Consistency will always beat one “perfect” workout. 💪✨ 📲 Find guided workouts, personalized programs, healthy recipes, progress tracking and more inside the Workit App. #DumbbellWorkout #WomensWorkout #FourDayWorkout #WorkoutSplit #GluteWorkout
