What about not treating now ? Just counsel them and let her be, it's not an emergency. If they can't afford Orthodontic treatment now they may in the near future. Extracting the 2 central incisors will not unravel the crowding..

The best approach would be to counsel them to do orth., even if they can't afford it now they should be counselled to start saving towards it. Extraction will make it worse and it will be highly counterproductive in the long run. They will end up cu¥sing whoever does any extraction for this girl🤣
