Ingredients * 50 ml honey * 20-25 g instant coffee (about 4-5 tbsp) * 20-25 ml hot water Method 1. Whip the honey until light and fluffy. 2. Add the instant coffee and hot water. 3. Whip again for 3-4 minutes until thick and creamy. Makes 4-5 servings. You can freeze for 2-3 weeks To serve: Add 1-2 tablespoons of the whipped honey coffee to a glass. Pour in your milk of choice, add ice cubes, stir, and enjoy.
