@darklens_30: ⚠️ Viewer Discretion Advised A tragic encounter with a wild elephant took an even more astonishing turn just hours later. In June 2022, 70-year-old Maya Murmu was fatally trampled by a wild elephant that had wandered from Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary into Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India, while she was collecting water. Later that evening, as family and villagers gathered to perform her traditional funeral rites, the same elephant reportedly returned. According to reports, the elephant charged into the gathering, causing mourners to flee before knocking over the funeral pyre and retreating back into the forest. No additional fatalities were reported, but the incident left the community stunned and reignited concerns about increasing human-elephant conflict in the region. The event remains one of the most unusual and heartbreaking wildlife incidents ever reported. 🕊️ Rest in peace, Maya Murmu. 🎥 Follow @darklens_30 for more terrifying history, true crime, and shocking real events. #viral #reels #explore #Wildlife #India
