Calabrian Chili Shrimp Scampi 🍋🌶️🦐 Ingredients For the shrimp • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp salt • ½ tsp paprika • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp olive oil For the sauce • 1½ tbsp minced garlic • ⅔ cup dry white wine • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice • 3 tsp Calabrian chili paste • 6 tbsp salted butter • 8 oz bucatini pasta • Reserved pasta water, as needed • Fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish) Directions 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bucatini until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining. 2. Season the shrimp with the garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper and olive oil. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side, just until pink. Remove and set aside. 4. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer until reduced by about half. 6. Stir in the lemon juice, then mix in the Calabrian chili paste until fully incorporated. 7. Add the salted butter and whisk until melted and the sauce is smooth and glossy. 8. Return the shrimp to the skillet. Add chopped parsley and a splash of reserved pasta water as needed. 9. Toss in the cooked bucatini, adding more pasta water as needed until the sauce is silky and coats the pasta. 10. Garnish with more fresh parsley and enjoy! ✨ @Caraway Home 10% OFF link in my bio 🔗 #shrimpscampi #30minutemeals #italianfood#italianfood #shrimppasta
