Pls trace the charging port that this merc used before the fire happened. Battery is not an explosive device.. batteries tend to burn or explode only when a faulty charger 🔌 has problems.good example is power bank and phones.. not about EV vehicles are bad. Mishap is inevitable when time comes for it.. just glad that nobody is hurt.. most importantly.

Flame profile does not look consistent with an NMC battery fire. Fire location is also not in the undercarriage of the vehicle but from the dashboard area instead, likely OBU fire or 12 volt battery, with the recent spate of car fires the only change to all our cars is the OBU
